Before beginning her real estate career, Tonnie served as a clinical social worker (therapist) in Baltimore, Maryland, for more than 15 years. In 2013, she and her family relocated to Sussex County, Delaware, where she now helps buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

Tonnie's background in social work has equipped her with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, allowing her to build meaningful relationships with her clients. She believes in not only advocating for her clients every step of the way but also educating them throughout the buying and selling process so they can make informed decisions with confidence.

When she's not helping clients navigate the real estate market, Tonnie volunteers as a mentor for young women. In her free time, she enjoys biking, traveling throughout the Caribbean, reading, and spending time with her husband, Gregory.
